Children's Clinical Team Leader – Children’s Intervention Program
Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Chldren's Clinical Team Leader to work in our Children’s Intervention Program (ChIP). The Clinical Team Leader provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team who work in office, school, home and community-based settings providing therapy, parenting education, case management, and support services to children and their families.

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multi-disciplinary team of both office-based and community-based staff
Participate in program development and enrichment initiatives
Participate in community engagement initiatives
Participate actively on the management team for children's behavioral health services
Provide clinical services to a small caseload of children and their families
Participate in a limited evening on-call rotation (rotated among 8-10 managers)

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
Eligibility for NH licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required. Active licensure in NH is preferred.
Experience working with children and adolescents, their families, and the children’s system of care is required.
2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills are required.
Candidates with licensure outside of NH are likely to transfer their license to NH using reciprocity. This does vary by state.
