Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Palos Health Medical Group (PMG) seeks a full time Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health Services team. Master’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing with ANCC certification as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health CNS or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. ANCC Certification as a NP or CNS. Illinois Advanced Practice Nursing License, Controlled Substance License and DEA required. 2-3 years of experience working with patients with mental health, addictions and co-occurring problems is strongly preferred.

The Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will have will have IP and OP responsibilities with a focus on Addiction Medicine and Co-Occurring Disorders, both substance abuse disorders and mental health disorders
The Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will have both IP and OP responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations and follow up in established IOP, PHP programs
