Full time Behavioral Health Clinician role to provide comprehensive behavioral health services. Will provide direct care and coordination of services in tandem with primary care or emergency department. Will provide general practice support including emergency response to attend to patients in crisis, clinical consultation, and in-basket management. Will provide assessment and treatment for individuals, couples, families, and groups, as well as implementing a therapy group. Clinician is responsible for overall Linkage & Retention activities and responsible or services involving a focus on medication adherence support, health literacy, de-briefing medical appointments, and referral follow-up. Will attend mandatory statewide programmatic meetings. Must be graduate from accredited Masters in Psychology (MA), Masters in Education (Counseling-Med.) or MSW program, and current MA license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, Licensed Psychologist) or license eligibility. Requires minimum of 2 years relevant post-graduate experience, preferable in community health, mental health, or hospital setting.
