This position develops and oversees sixty to sixty-five staff with a 5.5 million annual budget requiring a motivated leader with excellent abilities to problem solve and manage complex situations to ensure the implementation of therapeutic practices consistent with the philosophy of Children’s Mental Health and CARF accreditation standards.

Requires a Master’s Degree in: counseling, psychology, social work, or other related field; Two years administrative and supervisory experience; Two years’ experience as a professional counselor or therapist; and one year of experience in community-based children’s mental health services.
