Baptist Health is currently seeking a Behavioral Treatment Manager for our Crossbridge Behavioral Health facility in Montgomery, AL. The Treatment Manager monitors and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of therapeutic and social services provided to patients. The Treatment Manager is responsible for the development and oversight of the inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, coordination of patient and Therapy Staff schedules and the coordination of the treatment planning process. In addition, the Treatment Manager is responsible for supervising all Therapy Staff at Crossbridge and performing other duties as may be requested by the Administrator. Patient population served range in age from 19 years (minimum age for admission to the unit) through patients in the late stage of the life span.
This position requires a Master's degree in a Mental Health field from an accredited school of social work or must be qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of the mentally ill. Candidates must have a licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Master's Licensed Social Worker (LGSW or LCSW) or Bachelors in Social Work (LBSW).
