Community Based Outpatient Clinician
Holyoke, Hyannis, Jamaica Plain, Lawrence and Worcester
Eliot and MSPCC recently merged, bringing shared passion and commitment to quality child, youth and family services to innovative programs throughout Massachusetts. Our team of dedicated professionals works closely with each child and their families to address their emotional and behavioral challenges. We actively involve parents, family members, caregivers, schools, and other supports in a holistic, strengths based, trauma informed therapeutic approach.
We are seeking dynamic, talented licensed and license eligible clinicians to provide clinical services in our Child, Youth and Family Centers in Jamaica Plain, Malden, Hyannis, Holyoke, Lawrence and Worcester. Clinicians receive training in one or more evidnece based treatments (including ARC, AFCBT, TFCBT), free licensure supervision and reimbursement for license-related expenses, and extensive professional development opportunities.
Participate in extensive trainings and professional development opportunities.
Provide in-home or outpatient behavioral health services to children, youth and families.
Serve as a member of the client's treatment team, attend meetings and coordinate care.
Provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and crisis intervention services utilizing a variety of evidence based treatment interventions as clinically indicated.
Establish effective working relationships with clients, families and additional supports and develop interventions which address preferences, strengths and needs.
Serve as the clinical HUB for cases designated within CBHI services.
Develop and implement focused treatment plans that identify measurable goals and time frames for completion
Enter all documentation and billing requirements into the electronic medical record within established deadlines

Master’s degree from an accredited university/college in a third party reimbursable field or independently licensed as a LICSW, LMHC or LMFT. Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications. Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and for providing services in the community. Must have reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact.
