New role; highly visible. Responsible for innovation, clinical practice management, financial management, quality management, growth and development of the cardiovascular service line;
Enhance service delivery for patients requiring invasive and non-invasive procedures;
Manage a team of talented professionals; and
Work collaboratively with physician leadership to develop and implement new offerings, build referral relationships and provide ease of access to the program.

Pomona, New Jersey, is located within Galloway Township. Galloway Township is the largest municipality in New Jersey, known for its peaceful and serene atmosphere, as well as for its sweeping Atlantic Ocean views and salty air. Primarily residential, the township is rapidly developing and new businesses are sprouting up alongside residential areas. The region enjoys close proximity to Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas, and the shopping in the Atlantic City region is plentiful and diverse.
At least five years' experience in cardiovascular service line management is required, ideally in an acute setting.
Experience managing quality and cost management programs is desired,
A Master’s Degree is required and a nursing degree is valued; and
A leader who manages others as a coach/mentor will be a great cultural fit within this not-for-profit organization.
