Navicent Health Physician Group (NHPG) is seeking a fellowship trained Critical Care physician in the beautiful and historic Macon, Georgia area. Macon is situated south of metropolitan Atlanta and is a wonderful place to live, learn and work.
In compliance with Leapfrog safety standards, Navicent Health is increasing its intensivist footprint to provide the best care possible in all of our critical care units. These units include Surgical Trauma, Neuro, Medical and Cardiovascular. The candidate would join our experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The position available is full time with dedicated time off. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and must be forward thinking with a dedication to excellence. Each critical care unit is between 10 and 16 beds with a total of 3 intensivists per unit staffing model.

• Must be a critical care board certified or board eligible MD/DO • Active Georgia license or ability to obtain • Excellent communication (written and verbal) • Ability to perform all skills in the critical care setting • Willingness to work with and teach residents/fellows
