Integrity Living Options, Inc. is currently hiring Part-time and Full-time Behavior Professionals in our Community Supports Services Division. We are looking for individuals who are self-directed, motivated and capable of managing a flexible schedule. The Behavior Professional position offers the opportunity to work and pursue other professional goals by telecommuting and limited direct office time.
The primary responsibility of the Behavior Professional (BP) is to provide clinical oversight to Behavior Support Services and to assure effective and appropriate outcome based services. In addition, the BP conducts Functional Assessments for all new referrals and may also provide behavioral trainings to behavior support staff and multidisciplinary teams. More specifically, BP tasks can include but is not limited to:
Consulting with BAs to assess the effectiveness of behavior support plans and monitoring client cases
Identifying intervention strategies and outcomes
Having knowledge of various data collection methods with the ability to evaluate trends and findings
Completing formal documentation, client case reviews, and research based practices
A Behavioral Professional must meet one of the following qualifications: Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, Physician, RN, or have a Master's Degree from an accredited College or University in one of the Behavioral Sciences or related fields with at least 4,000 hours of post-master's experience. Preferred candidates will have experience with ABA or behavior modification, mental illness, disabilities, brain injuries, and DBT.
