Community Connections Director – Children’s Mental Health

This position develops and oversees sixty to sixty-five staff with a 5.5 million annual budget requiring a motivated leader with excellent abilities to problem solve and manage complex situations to ensure the implementation of therapeutic practices consistent with the philosophy of Children’s Mental Health and CARF accreditation standards.

Requires Two years’ experience as a professional clinician or therapist working with children in a community-based children’s mental health program; Two years of progressive administrative and supervisory experience; Salary DOE, with great benefits and relocation expenses available.

Children’s Mental Health Services
Comprehensive mental health services for children and their families. These services provide a broad range of inter-ventions and supports to children and families in the home and community. Available services include; psychological assessments, individual, family or group counseling and intensive experiential skill building in group, individual and family settings.
