Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
As part of this inspired team you’ll be part of a cohesive and dedicated group of pediatric rheumatologists and nurses specializing in the care of children and young adults with variety rheumatologic disorders. The successful candidate will care for patients in the outpatient pediatric rheumatology clinic. Care of patients will include clinical examination and assessment, instituting a care plan, and follow up. Applicant will have long-term relationships with his/her established patients. Hands on training will be provided during the transition period. Position is ideal for an applicant interested in life-long learning opportunities in an academic setting.
Masters Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required.
Two years work experience as a RN required.
Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
Must have demonstrated effective skills in consultation.
Certification as an NP in the area of practice specialization is preferred.
