We are looking to fill multiple Mental Health Therapist positions for our different programs: Outpatient, Crisis, Full Service Partnership, and Wraparound. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred due to the number of Hispanic/Latino families we serve.
Conduct strength-based, culturally competent therapeutic services, consisting of individual, family and/or group therapy as well as individualized intakes and/or other assessments as appropriate.
Provide services in the office or in the field, consistent with contractual, programmatic and funding source requirements.
Interact well with other internal programs, clinical/support staff and with external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable.
Meet Agency requirements regarding billing for reimbursable services; consistently provide services in keeping with all programmatic and contractual requirements.
Assess and monitor client and/or family progress; evaluate outcomes and collaborate to adjust course of treatment as appropriate.
Attend and actively participate in staff meetings to provide input towards program development and staff training.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in varied situations
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and organize work responsibilities to ensure completion of assigned tasks within preset time frames.
Good diagnostic skills
Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology
Knowledge of Evidence Based Practices is highly preferred
Must pass all applicable health, fingerprint/LiveScan and DMV clearances
Experience with DMH paperwork
Must be a licensed professional or license-eligible, i.e. LMFT, LCSW, psychologist, board-registered MFT-intern, ASW, MSW, or Waivered Psychologist
Preference will be given to applicants with two years post-degree clinical experience, but all applicants with the above qualifications are encouraged to apply
