Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital o pened the doors of this new 60-bed physical rehab hospital in May 2018 to serve patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. The hospital is an exciting joint venture partnership between CHI Franciscan Health and Kindred Healthcare.
As a Clinical Liaison , you will have the ability to use your clinical skills while working in a
strategic and fast-paced business environment. You'll create long-term relationship with members of the local healthcare community, including hospital Care Managers and Discharge Planners, to identify and clinically evaluate patients to determine whether they are medically appropriate for admission to the rehabilitation hospital. You'll spend your workdays at an assigned group of hospitals, providing education about why inpatient rehabilitation services is the best next step in some patients' recoveries. You'll also meet with patients and their families as well as members of their acute care or other healthcare teams to evaluate them from a clinical perspective and then partner with the medical and operational leaders at CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital to facilitate their admission. This is a unique and fast-paced position at an exciting time in this hospital's history as we prepare to open up another 30-bed floor and provide services to an even broader patient population!

License or Certification:
RN Licensure in Washington State strongly preferred
Washington Driver's License
Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, physical, occupational or speech therapy
Three or more years of acute care clinical or case management experience preferred
