We are looking to hire a Program Supervisor to oversee the Children’s Intensive Care CoordinationTeam in the Multnomah County Health Department, Mental Health and Addictions Services Division (MHASD)! The mission of Multnomah County Mental Health and Addiction Services Division (MHASD) is to build and maintain high quality, accessible and culturally competent systems of care for children, youth and adults with a mental illness, emotional or addictive disorder. Multnomah County also ensures that children and their families are offered care coordination when youth are receiving treatment in higher levels of mental health care and to ensure the utilization of System of Care values in the coordination of complex, multi-system cases. The Multnomah Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) team provides consultation and guidance to providers and Multnomah County residents who are seeking information about and/or access to children’s mental health services. The mental health service array for youth is available to all Oregon Health Plan members based on the Health Share of Oregon Practice Guidelines. This position supervises the unit staff that coordinates mental health services with the child, youth and family team. The team includes child, youth and family serving agencies to ensure the provision of services and supports in the least restrictive setting. As an Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) Team Program Supervisor, the primary responsibility of this position includes providing both individual and team based administrative and clinical supervision to the Multnomah ICC Team for the purpose of ensuring quality of client care use of best practices, and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
