The Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with interest in child abuse pediatrics for our Child Advocacy and Protection Program (CAPP). The nurse practitioner will: Provide consultations for a variety of clinicians, community professionals, and Child Advocacy Centers throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Provide acute and non-acute physical assessments, treatment recommendations, and team communication for children and adolescents when there are questions of any type of child maltreatment. Work with the Director of the Child Advocacy and Protection Program to help educate medical students, residents, and other health care professionals on the extensive needs of this vulnerable population.
