Reporting to the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) and/or their designee, the Program Manager for Ryan White Supportive Services will be responsible maintaining a strong presence in the community and will collaborate with all departments within Total Health Care to meet or exceed professionally recognized HRSA/ HAB performance measures. The Manager will be responsible for supervising the supervisors of each program area.
Contacts and interactions vary and may involve multiple constituencies such as direct interaction with THC’s executive management, community organizers, the general public, THC’s patients, physicians, colleagues, assigned staff, vendors, contractors and consultants for the purpose of providing and exchanging information.

Develop strategic initiatives and monitor progress towards meeting program goals.
Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of performance measurement data.
Execute an integrated model of care across all systems in coordination with IBH, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Dental and Pharmacy Managers.
Conceptualize, manage logistics, and evaluate special events to increase Total Health Care’s Ryan White Services visibility.
Directly manage multidisciplinary program staff.
Train and supervise staff in the model of service and all grant deliverables.
Coordinate and attend panel discussions and stakeholder meetings that create a forum for the Total Health Care’s Ryan White services to discuss optimization of current HIV services and identify gaps in service delivery.
Ensure program deliverables are met and there is no duplication of efforts.
Act and lead as a community coach and HIV educator to facilitate access to health services and self-management of disease.
Work closely with managers and directors of Infectious Disease, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Case Management with the overall goal of educating and implementing an integrated model of care for patients receiving services who have an infectious disease.
Enable the community to identify HIV prevention and treatment resources while influencing and promoting health behavior change.
Establishing/revising policies, procedures, strategies and goals for program areas.
Work to increase access to services, ensure compliance and improve quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and integration of services.
Participate in strategic planning and grant writing.
Aid in preparation of budgets.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required
Graduate degree in a health-related field is preferred. Knowledge of Ryan White Services is required. Management experience of a team of 10+ is required. Health care setting experience is preferred.
Have experience in program development, management, financial management and data reporting. Advanced experience with Microsoft software, to include spreadsheets and databases. Must be organized, have demonstrated supervisory responsibilities and able to work independently while working within a Matrix supervision model.
