The Psychologist in the Mental Health Service at the Alaska VA Healthcare System conducts psychological and/or neuropsychological assessment, diagnoses and treats mental disorders. Treatment modalities may include individual, family, and group psychotherapies; other interventions such as biofeedback, psychological hypnosis, and environmental interventions; and adjunctive therapies within scope of practice.
