The Respiratory Manager supervises and directs the activities of the Respiratory Care Departments (Respiratory and PFT lab) under the direction of the Respiratory Director and the Medical Director. Completes established competencies for the position including completion of department SOX audits, Midas responses, and billing. Provides other related duties as assigned. Assists in implementing and monitoring department specific strategic actions and goals in order to achieve the overreaching mission, goals and objectives. Actively participates in departmental meetings.
-Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Degree program. -Bachelor degree in health sciences, business or related field required. -Masterï¿½s degree in health sciences, business or related field preferred. -Five years of clinical experience with at least three years in a supervisory role. Strong ability to communicate in written and verbal fashion, and able to promote a team approach to patient care.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Must possess Massachusetts State License.
BLS required, ACLS / PALS preferred.
