You Will Be Responsible For:
Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of care through performance improvement techniques that impact the patient, family and group clinical services in the Methadone Program.
Excellent organizational skills: Focus on treating substance abuse issues, assess and refer for mental health and other appropriate services, and improve life functioning.
Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
Active Teamwork: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess, develop and implement treatment plans for recovery. Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or other related field is required.
Licensed (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC.)
MUST HAVE minimum of one year of direct experience working with Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Required schedule is 6a-2:30p: Mon - Fri OR Sun-Thu OR Tue-Sat. This is a salaried union position, not fee for service, and is 100% in house/on site, not community based!
