The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to serve as an Advanced Care Planner within Social Work Service, located at the Las Vegas VA. The incumbent is to facilitate Advanced Care Planning (ACP) groups in rural areas of the VASNHS area, including CBOBS located in rural areas. These groups may be conducted both in person in the CBOCS and via VA Video Connect. The incumbent also assists the program supervisor with program development.
