Incumbent serves as a professional leader on a multidisciplinary case management team at the El Paso VA Health Care System. Serves in the community Veterans with severe/persistent mental illness who have frequent or long-term hospitalizations. Provides individually tailored services to meet the needs of the veterans on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. This vacancy will remain open until filled.
