The Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) and the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Social Worker at the San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) Medical Center identifies and engages Veterans who are not only homeless or marginally housed and who underutilize VA services but Veterans who are also housed. The position is based and provides services at the SFVAHCS' San Francisco Downtown CBOC and San Francisco VA Medical Center Emergency Department.
