Full-Time Social Worker for Youth (MFT, MSW, PCC)

As a Youth Social Worker, you will positively impact your clients by providing culturally-competent mental health services. Seneca supports clinicians towards licensure and beyond! We provide individual and group supervision, regular clinical case conferences, and licensure and renewal courses led by field experts. Expenses such as outside trainings or licensure fees can be mitigated though your clinical training stipend, and you will receive a $4000 salary increase upon getting licensed. • Conduct initial intake to include comprehensive assessment, treatment plan and identify linkage needs for clients and family as well maintain a caseload of clients.
• Provide mental health counseling in group modalities and assess for need to conduct individual, family or collateral therapy. Provided targeted case management services to ensure the successful transition of clients and their families to community based resources.  
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers.
• Provide on-call coverage to the clients as needed.
• Participate in all treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and IEP meetings when necessary.
• Assist with planning for transportation arrangements for school, therapy appointments and pro-social activities.
• Participate in weekly group and individual supervision with program supervisor and clinical supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork including but not limited to time sheets, petty cash, and mileage and mental health notes.
• Maintain professional behavior at all times, appropriately representing Seneca’s mission and philosophy.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor or other Seneca Management.

• Monday - Friday
• Full-time, flexible schedule required with the ability to work some evening/weekend hours as needed

• Starting at $62,500 annually, commensurate with experience + 10% salary increase upon passing Spanish language proficiency exam
• Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
• Annual performance evaluations provide the potential for a generous salary increase each year
