OverviewAs a Youth Social Worker, you will positively impact your clients by providing culturally-competent mental health services. As an integral part of the clients’ treatment team, you will collaborate with other amazing mental health professionals to help your client build their independent skills, adaptive coping skills, expand their support network, access community resources, and pursue employment and educational opportunities. These include Visitation, Placement, and Immediate Stabilization Services. Click here to learn more about being a social worker at Seneca! Seneca supports clinicians towards licensure and beyond! We provide individual and group supervision, regular clinical case conferences, and licensure and renewal courses led by field experts. Expenses such as outside trainings or licensure fees can be mitigated though your clinical training stipend, and you will receive a $4000 salary increase upon getting licensed.
