This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. Learn more As a staff Organizational Development Psychologist, the clinical psychologist must be familiar with the field of organizational consulting psychology and the commonly accepted components of this field as outlined by professional groups such as the American Psychological Association, Division 13: Society for Consulting Psychology. The clinical psychologist must be adept at navigating the development of individuals, teams, and organizational business units in both healthcare and government settings. The clinical psychologist must be savvy in their navigation of highly complex systems and sensitive focal points of consultation in a way that maintains confidentiality and boundaries between organizational stakeholders.
