| Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join a newly renovated, growing Family Medicine clinic in Canby, Oregon. This small, close-knit team of providers recognizes the importance of integrative behavioral health services under the patient-centered medical home model. Canby is both a growing community for young families and also has established multi-generational families, so the candidate must be comfortable seeing patients through the lifespan and have experience with Primary Care behavioral health care, including consultations, warm hand-offs and brief interventions for individual and group treatment. The behavioral health provider will also partner with Canby High School for suicide prevention initiatives.
