Christiana Care is looking for a Mental Health Associate (Behavioral Health Specialist) to work in the inpatient psychiatric units at Wilmington Hospital. The Mental Health Associate will contribute to the overall operation of the department and the day-to-day care of adult and geriatric patients offered on the in-patient psychiatry units and the Psych crisis units. The Mental Health Associate will also collaborate with other health care professionals on patient treatment, diagnoses, discharge plans, and related information. This position is full time, working a rotating evening and morning shift, at Wilmington Hospital. Hours would be from 3p-11:30p or 11p-7:30a. Additionally, the Mental Health Associate will be required to work every other holiday and every other weekend.
