The Incumbent is assigned to the Homeless-Patient Aligned Care Team (H-PACT) of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System and is located at the Frank Tejeda Outpatient Clinic. The social worker has experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment with at least two years being in an area of specialized social work practice. The incumbent is licensed or certified by a state area of specialized social work practice.
