The PACT Social Worker provides social work services at the medical center and works within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). They are members of the health care team and assess and treat the psychosocial problems that impact on the ability of the veteran to make adjustments to her health care issues. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
