Senior Social Worker (HUD-VASH)
Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) is an intensive case management program for Veterans struggling with housing and employment instability due to complex psychiatric and medical diagnoses that may include Substance Use Disorders. HUD-VASH resources are targeted for chronically homeless and other vulnerable homeless Veterans with case management needs. This program is a multidisciplinary team model designed to provide mental health/psychosocial services. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education. Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
