Reporting to the Director, Residential Services, the Manager, Residential Services will contribute to client access, engagement, and positive SUD/Behavioral Health outcomes for clients at our residential treatment center. You will provide daily management, supervision and policy implementation for the residential treatment center while supervising the direct care staff. You will ensure best practices and guidelines are adhered to by all staff members.
