SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide Ryan White Part B intensive case management services, prevention services and support services to patients living with HIV in south central Pennsylvania.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, or other related field required

1 year of related experience required

Valid Drivers License required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Excellent communication and organizational skills required

Ability to travel to offsite locations in south central Pennsylvania required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Previous experience with HIV patient population preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
