The LPMHC is assigned as a member of the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program, know locally as the Snyder House. The LPMHC provides a full range of psychological/mental health treatment services and diagnosis mental disorders. These services include, but are not limited to, individual, group and family psychotherapy, patient health education, referral, aftercare planning and follow up.
