The position is located in the Supportive Recovery Services of the Mental Health Patient Care Center. The incumbent is a social worker for a primary mental health cohort of veterans with both substance use disorders and other significant psychiatric disorders. They serve as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team providing screening, assessment, individualized treatment, and case management services, as well as, family support and coordination of care with other VA and community services.
