The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Psychologist is responsible for the development and implementation of an evidence-based therapy program to serve adolescents in our community. The incumbent works collaboratively with the Medical Director to create a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents to include the design and implementation of group, individual and family therapies using a dialectical behavior therapy for adolescents modality; provides after-hours patient and family support; serves as a resource to staff; and assures continual program enhancement.
