The LPN is administratively responsible and accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee. The LPN is accountable for delivering patient care to the adult/geriatric patient population with varying diagnoses and treatments. He/she carries out assignments under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse. The LPN exercises judgment within the scope of training and experience.
