The Occupational Therapist will be assigned to the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service (PM&RS).. The incumbent will function as a highly independent practitioner of Occupational Therapy in the Health Care for the Homeless Patient Aligned Care Team. Provides assessment and treatment of patients requiring rehabilitation services in inpatient and outpatient care settings, to include where the homeless Veteran is in the community.
