The Social Worker in this position will serve as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator and the Primary Care Mental Health Integration Social Worker. The incumbent will be located (50% of the time) in the Primary Care Clinic at the Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center facilitating implementation of suicide prevention strategies within the medical center with a focus on the Primary Care population and will serve as a member of the PCMHI Team within the Mental Health Directorate. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
