This position is part of the Veterans Crisis Line (VCL), Peer Support Outreach Center (PSOC). The VCL, PSOC provides peer support services and operates from Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. Veterans Crisis Line is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, 365-days a year service aimed at connecting callers worldwide to a caring, qualified VA employee. This Peer Specialist position may only be filled with a Veteran that meets statutory requirements as detailed in the qualifications section.
