Addiction Therapist (Bachelor's Level)
The function of the Addiction Therapist (AT) is to assist in providing treatment and rehabilitation to psychoactive substance dependent veterans and veterans suffering with behavioral addictions. The target population includes all HUD-VASH participants who abuse legal or illegal drugs or alcohol, as well as Veterans who have behavioral addictions. This is a Special Funded position within the Homeless Veteran Services (HCHV). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
