Position Information:
The Clinical Educator/Supv RN assists the unit manager in supervision coordination education and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services. The Observation Units are for patients who are anticipated to have a less than 23 hour stay in the hospital. Additionally other patients may be temporarily placed in these units while awaiting an inpatient bed.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And 1 Year Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - And 1 Year Leadership Preferred

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Required - Within 1 Year of Hire

Hours of Work:
3pm-11pm Monday-Friday

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed

Call Requirements:
As needed
