We are currently seeking candidates with experience in inpatient behavioral health to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in providing compassionate care to patients in psychiatric settings, including those with a range of mental health conditions. This position is required to work onsite at our newly constructed Behavioral Health Inpatient Hospital in Edwards, CO.

To coordinate and provide education and training needs specific to the clinical systems. Responsible for needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational experiences for staff. Operates independently, acting as a consultant for behavioral health clinical areas, directors, and managers as assigned.
- 4 years of professional nursing practice, teaching, mentoring, or leadership experience required.
- 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018.
