At the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, the department provides staffing for outpatient and partial hospital programs for children and adults, 89 inpatient beds, ECT and other neuromodulation services, and an Advancement In Recovery addiction treatment program. About the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health: As the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health for Penn State College of Medicine and the Penn State Health Milton S.
