The Psychologist is affiliated with the Psychology Service, a division of the Behavioral Health Service (BHS), at the Wilmington Veteran Affairs Medical Center (WVAMC). The incumbent consults with Primary Care and Behavioral Health staff regarding patient needs, provides telephone and Telemental Health consultation and provides psychosocial assessment, diagnostic evaluations, crises interventions, brief psychotherapy, and care management services. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
