The incumbent practices as a LPN in Social & Behavioral Health Service (S&BHS). The clinic provides outpatient mental health, social work and addictions treatment to patients who present with urgent /chronic psychosocial conditions, change in mental status and/or functional decline. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
