The Nurse Manager (Inpatient Mental Health) actively develops and manages collaborative partnerships with staff, physicians, other clinicians and ancillary staff. He/she is responsible for assuring appropriate staffing levels for the Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and the Inpatient Addiction Treatment Program, validating the daily patient needs, and working with other Nurse Managers to identify and share resources. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
