Social Worker
Working closely with YRMC clinical staff, patients, and patient families, Social Workers provide psychosocial assessments and treatment recommendations as well as conducts discharge planning. This individual works with the patient and his / her family to cope with the patient's hospitalization, illness, diagnosis, treatment, and/or life situation, including emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders. The YRMC Social Worker works with a wide range of patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations. Minimum Requirements: * Master's degree in Social Work Work Schedule:
