Overview Hiring for a causal Clinical Dietitian for St. John's hospital. The Clinical Dietitian coordinates the provision of medical nutrition therapy with other members of the health care team. The Clinical Dietitian identifies patients at nutrition risk, assesses nutrition needs according to age and disease specific requirements and develops, implements and monitors the nutrition care plan and outcomes of intervention. The Dietitian provides nutrition education to patient, families, health care professionals and the community. Responsibilities include support of the nutrition care delivery system, precepting of dietetic interns/students and participation in performance improvement and research activities.
